This policy explains what data Kaspian Fuad (“I”, “me”) collect through the website kaspianfuad.com and through the LinkedIn integration I operate for my own LinkedIn content. If you have any question about this policy, email me at [email protected].

Who this covers

I am a solo Shopify developer and conversion consultant. This policy applies to two things:

  1. The public website at kaspianfuad.com.
  2. A private LinkedIn application I built and use only to manage engagement on my own LinkedIn posts (publishing my content, and reading and replying to comments left on my own posts).

I do not run this integration on behalf of other people, and I do not process the data of other LinkedIn members beyond the comments they choose to leave publicly on my own posts.

What the website collects

When you visit kaspianfuad.com, standard technical data may be logged by my hosting provider, Cloudflare, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. This can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. I do not use advertising trackers.

If you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address, and message you submit so I can reply. Those messages are delivered to my inbox through an email service (Resend). I use them only to respond to you.

If you download a resource or join a list, I collect the email address you provide and use it only to send you what you asked for and occasional related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What the LinkedIn integration collects and why

My LinkedIn application connects to my own LinkedIn account through LinkedIn’s official API, using access that I authorize. It is used only to:

  • Publish my own posts to my own LinkedIn profile.
  • Read the comments left on my own posts so I can see who engaged and respond.
  • Post and reply to comments on my own posts.

The data it handles is limited to my own posts and the public comments on them. I use this data only to run and improve my own content and to reply to people who engage with me. I do not sell it, share it, or use it to build profiles of other people. I retain engagement data only as long as needed to review post performance, and I delete it on request.

My use of information received from LinkedIn APIs follows LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use and Developer Agreement, including their restrictions on data storage, use, and sharing.

What I do not do

  • I do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
  • I do not use LinkedIn data for advertising or to target people who have not engaged with me.
  • I do not run automated messaging or scraping against other LinkedIn members.

Data sharing

I share data only with the service providers that make the website and integration work, and only to the extent they need it: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (transactional email), and LinkedIn (the platform whose API I use for my own content). Each processes data under its own terms. I do not share your data with any other party unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you the personal data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and I will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in a region with specific data rights (such as the EU or UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws), those rights apply and I will honor them.

Cookies

The website uses only the minimal cookies needed to function and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. It does not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
