Who I Am

The short version: I'm the person store owners call when their Shopify is leaking money and nobody can tell them why.

I'm Kaspian Fuad, a senior Shopify CRO consultant and Liquid developer based in Bangladesh. For the last 12 years I've worked exclusively on ecommerce. Most of that time has been spent inside Shopify stores, learning at the level of code, copy, analytics, and customer behavior why visitors abandon carts and what specifically convinces them to come back and buy.

A free 30-minute call to understand the store, the team, the current numbers, and the real goal behind the project. If we're not the right fit, I say so.

Audit and Strategy

A written audit grounded in GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, Lighthouse, and a manual UX walkthrough on real devices. Output: an ICE-scored roadmap, not a 50-page slide deck.

Implementation

I write the Liquid, JS, and CSS that ship the fixes, working directly in your theme on a duplicate or staging copy. Every change is reviewed against Core Web Vitals and conversion impact before it goes live.

Outcomes

We measure against the baseline we agreed in step one. Conversion rate, revenue per session, mobile PageSpeed, and INP are tracked openly. If a test loses, it gets rolled back. No vanity wins.
